Reason Why WhatsApp Call Is Not Connecting
There are at least two reasons why you are not able to make audio or video calls on WhatsApp. They are;
1. Permission Not Granted : As you may notice, there are some permissions you must allow in some apps before things work properly especially smartphones from Android 10 onwards.
If video call is not connecting, press and hold on WhatsApp and tap on the information icon to access the permissions area.
Then if the camera is found under “denied”, then click to enable it so that it moves up to “allowed”.
2. Data Saver Is On : Also if your data saver is “On” then your WhatsApp call would not connected. Switch off your data saver mode anytime you want to make an Audio or video call on WhatsApp. You can switch it back later after making the call so as to save your data.
